L�Cha Dodi means, �Welcome my Beloved� and represents the sentiment in Jewish homes as the Sabbath Candles are lit. This Friday night ritual begins at sunset, represented by the vibrant colored clouds, upon which a couple joyously raises their hands to celebrate the arrival of the Shekinah, the Divine Presence.
